The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the main square and right in the center of this city. Additionally, it's next to the bus stop and near the Serbian motorway, making transportation convenient. The parking is secure, and the facilities, including the kitchenette, make it easy to prepare meals. The staff speaks excellent English and is incredibly helpful.

Had a nice Christmas stay. Loved the complimentary parking and Wi-Fi. The location is perfect with easy access to many shops and restaurants. The outdoor kitchenette is a great addition to the property since I enjoyed preparing my meals and saved some cash. The property has a warm and friendly feel to it.
The beds were rather low and uncomfortable. The shared kitchen wasn't mentioned properly in the information.

It is close to restaurants and shops, making it convenient for guests to explore the town. Additionally, the hotel is right in front of a bus stop, which makes it easy to travel around. Another positive aspect is the basic amenities provided in the rooms - clean and comfortable with two beds. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast to start their day.
All was fine, no issues to mention.

The villa's central location, rustic and modern design, spacious yard with parking spots, large balcony, clean rooms with aircon.

This hotel in Niška Banja is a real gem. The location is superb - right in the center, close to the main square and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff are friendly and the service is top-notch. The rooms on the lower floor are well-maintained, with two comfortable beds. The breakfast provided is delicious and the attention to detail is commendable.
No complaints from our side, everything was perfect.
